Prior to working for Gillis, Mermell, & Pacheco, P.A., Mr. Russell was an associate at a regional mid-size law firm Fowler Rodriguez, LLP and specialized in Maritime/Admiralty Personal Injury Insurance Defense; Maritime Contract Disputes; Commercial and Residential Landlord/Tenant Disputes; Construction/Mechanic's Liens; and Florida Lemon Law Claims. Through this diverse practice area experience, Mr. Russell became proficient in drafting and initiating pleadings and motions, attained repeated success for his clients at hearings and trials in Florida state court and Federal Court.
